Welcome to Crete’s most beautiful city! Wander through narrow Venetian lanes, sip coffee by the harbor, and soak in the magical Mediterranean atmosphere. Perfect first taste of island life.
Note: Evening free to explore at leisure.
Bus ride (~3h) to charming Paleochora. Check in, relax by the sea, or visit Castello Selino (1279 Venetian fortress). Beaches and sunset views await!

A breathtaking hike over plateaus and through gorges to the ancient city of Lyssos. Admire Greek & Roman remains before descending to the coastal village of Sougia.
Note: Only reachable by foot or boat – a hidden paradise!
Hike through the Agia Irini Gorge, filled with oleanders and shaded paths. Continue on foot or by transfer to Omalos, nestled high in the mountains. Dinner included tonight.
Note: Gorge entry €2, payable locally.
Conquer Europe’s longest gorge (18km)! Descend from Xyloskalo to the coast at Agia Roumeli. End the day with a refreshing swim in the Libyan Sea.
Note: Entry €5. Open May–Oct (weather permitting). Ferry alternative available if closed.
Coastal trek past Agios Pavlos Church, where legend says St. Paul once came ashore. Swim at Marble Beach before reaching postcard-perfect Loutro, accessible only by boat or on foot.
Note: Taxi boat optional for last stretch.
Morning at leisure in Loutro before ferry to Hora Sfakion and bus return to Chania. Time to enjoy the city one last evening.
