This 12-day / 11-night “easy version” of the Camino Portugués invites you to experience one of Europe’s most iconic pilgrimage routes with comfort, freedom, and heart. Starting from the beautiful coastal town of Baiona, your journey unfolds through Vigo, Redondela, Pontevedra, Caldas de Reis, and Padrón before reaching the grand finale — Santiago de Compostela.

Day 01 :

Arrival in Baiona

Welcome to the enchanting coastal town of Baiona, where the Atlantic breeze and medieval streets set the mood for your journey. Check in to your 4-star hotel, relax, and enjoy the town’s seafood restaurants or stroll along the fortress walls overlooking the sea.

Day 02 :

Baiona ➤ Corujo (15 km / 3–4 hrs)

Leave Baiona’s lively harbour and follow rural trails through peaceful fields and eucalyptus forests. Cross a centuries-old stone bridge steeped in legend before reaching A Ramallosa. Your day ends near Corujo, followed by a comfortable transfer back to your hotel in Baiona.

Day 03 :

Corujo ➤ Vigo (11 km / 3 hrs)

Transfer back to Corujo and continue towards Vigo, walking through charming villages and quiet countryside. Before entering the city, wander through the lush Parque de Castrelos, a green oasis of calm. Arrive at your 4-star hotel and spend the evening exploring Vigo’s bustling marina and tapas bars.

Day 04 :

Vigo ➤ Redondela (15 km / 4 hrs)

Stroll through Vigo’s vibrant streets before ascending to scenic trails with spectacular views of the Vigo estuary and its floating mussel farms. Descend into Redondela, a lively town of cafés, viaducts, and warm hospitality. Overnight at a 4-star hotel.

Day 05 :

Redondela ➤ Arcade (7 km / 2 hrs)

A short, delightful day! Walk through shady forests and down to Arcade, known for its famous oysters and riverside beauty. Spend the afternoon exploring, relaxing by the water, or enjoying Galician seafood at sunset.

Day 06 :

Arcade ➤ Pontevedra (13 km / 3 hrs)

Cross the ancient Pontesampaio Bridge, feeling centuries of pilgrim footsteps beneath you. The route continues along cobblestone paths and tranquil woodlands until you reach Pontevedra — a jewel of Galicia with a car-free old town and lively squares. Overnight in a 4-star hotel.

Day 07 :

Pontevedra ➤ San Amaro (10 km / 2–3 hrs)

Leave Pontevedra’s charming streets behind and walk through serene countryside, passing Santa María de Alba Church. End the stage in San Amaro and transfer back to your Pontevedra hotel for another relaxing night.

Day 08 :

San Amaro ➤ Caldas de Reis (12 km / 3 hrs)

Walk through lush farmlands, past waterfalls and old mills in the Río Barosa Natural Park. End in Caldas de Reis, where the town’s legendary thermal springs await your tired feet. A perfect place to unwind in your 4-star hotel.

Day 09 :

Caldas de Reis ➤ Padrón (18 km / 4–5 hrs)

Follow the Bermaña River through meadows and forests to Valga, passing ancient crosses and stone bridges. Arrive in Padrón, a town rich in legends — said to be where the Apostle James’s boat landed. Overnight at a 4-star hotel.

Day 10 :

Padrón ➤ Teo (12 km / 3 hrs)

Walk through timeless Galician villages, visit Iria Flavia’s Romanesque church, and admire the ornate Church of A Esclavitude. Continue through peaceful countryside to Parada de Francos, where oak trees shade your path. Overnight in a 4-star hotel.

Day 11 :

Teo ➤ Santiago de Compostela (14 km / 3–4 hrs)

Your final stage! Walk through serene forests and rolling fields, then climb towards Milladoiro for your first glimpse of Santiago Cathedral’s towers — a thrilling moment.
